This post is based at the Small Animal Teaching Hospital at Leahurst Campus near Neston, Wirral.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the patient care team in our busy state-of-the-art hospital. You will be part of the nursing team and will be responsible for providing nursing support out-of-hours, serving the ICU, wards, pharmacy, theatre and other areas within the hospital.
You will be a qualified Veterinary Nurse with relevant experience, and excellent nursing and interpersonal skills.
The Patient Care Nurse will be required to work a pattern of 3 days on duty (11 hours; 12 hours with a break) followed by 6 days off duty, continuously, including weekends, Bank holidays and University closed days.
