Job Title: Insurance AdministratorSalary: £22,542 per annumLocation: Blacks Vets, DudleyJob Type: Permanent, full-timeHours: 37.5 hours per week
Role and responsibilitiesYou will support our team by working to reduce practice debt through processing insurance claims and other related documents. We are looking for someone with strong administration skills that is confident talking through difficult situations with our clients in a caring, empathetic, and assertive manner.You will need to be flexible and able to prioritise tasks whilst working under pressure. A high attention to detail and GCSE Grade C in Maths and English (or equivalent) is required.Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Competencies:Strong written and spoken communication skills with clients and colleaguesExcellent listening skills, with the ability to understand client's needs and proactively engageAbility to multi-task and manage own priorities and time in a calm and professional mannerOffice skills including scanning, photocopying, texting and computer literacy with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
