Are you an experienced Head RVN looking to join a supportive and diverse team?
The Role:
We are a friendly, inclusive and popular first opinion, small animal practice in Sale Moor, Cheshire. We are a small clinic of 4 vets (equivalent of 3 full time), with the sole aim to provide the best standard of care for pets. We have an amazing team, and our single site practice has gained 3 Star accreditation with Best Companies, this is their highest standard of workplace engagement. We are lucky to have lovely loyal clients, with a high uptake on our Pet Health Plan.
The practice is registered and inspected under the RCVS Practice Standards Scheme.
There is a Pick ‘n’ Mix of regular social events, with recent activities including Go-Ape, baking and meals out and we have a jam-packed snack fridge!
We are looking for a passionate individual with proven leadership skills and experience supporting, mentoring and coaching others.
Salary is £33,000 pro-rata based on a 40-hour week, depending on experience.
