I have worked and been lucky enough to work in many establishments which include exotics and zoo animals and although I have not been in practice long my knowledge and experience shows otherwise. 

I love teaching veterinary staff about the care of exotic animals in practice and host my own social media pages on Facebook and Instagram called Scales, feathers and tails where hints, tips and advice is given out on exotic care and you should check it out sometime. 

I have many pets old and new mainly because my menagerie consists of rescues which includes and has included a Cockatiel, a Galah, Red Footed tortoise, Spur Thigh tortoise, Bosc Monitor, Leopard Gecko, many Bearded Dragons, an African Sand Boa, an African Helmeted Turtle, many Guinea Pigs and 3 dogs.

My interests will be and always will be exotics and zoo animals so much so I have completed the Certificate in Veterinary Nursing of zoological Species and have become certified in Avian, Reptiles and Amphibians, Small Mammals, Wildlife and Zoo animals with the post nominals APVN AHMW DipVNZ AP Zoo
