my thoughts - a good job of highlighting problems which have occurred in a small minority of cases at the expense of performing a huge disservice to the majority of not only veterinary surgeons but also veterinary practices and their staff, and dare I say pets who may now not be presented for treatment when it is needed. I dont feel that editing is totally to blame, I do feel that somebody has got a little carried away with his own self importance?
In all probability these few moments of fame will soon pass, the public can be very fickle in their support and then all that will be left is the veterinary career - and alienating your fellow professionals is perhaps not the best way of protecting your future employment?
