I too agree with certain points made in the programme, however it comes across as though all veterinary surgeries are out to scam their clients. This is very poor journalism indeed and all people responsible in the making of this programme should be aware of this. I think a follow up programme should be made to show the other side of the veterinary world (the hard working, dedicated side, the truthful side)and that way the trust can once again be established between client and veterinary practices. Then we may stop seeing animals suffering as a result of clients postponing the treatment because of fear bred by these ridiculous programmes.
